彩晖PVC镜面油墨[产品特性]

高遮盖力，高反射性，印刷于透明材料上，反面产生强反光如镜面效果，并且附着力优异（用胶带测验不脱落）、和良好的耐冲压性能。通过调色可获得一系列亮丽的金属色彩，适用于多种不同材质上，如塑胶、玻璃、薄膜等。

JM-94-2镜面效果强，附着力优异，遮盖性好，耐酒精、百格，适用于PS、亚克力等弱性材料反面印刷

JM9-4-3镜面效果强，附着力优异，遮盖性好，耐酒精，用于PET等材料，适用于IMD工艺，双组份，需添加固化剂

JM-94-5超强镜面效果，附着力优异，遮盖性好，耐酒精、百格等测试，适用于PVC、PC、PET等产品的印刷

PVC镜面油墨[使用方法及注意事项]

a.本系列油墨视不同的材料选择添加固化剂，固化剂的添加比例为3-5%，25℃条件下混入固化剂后油墨可使用时间为4-6Hr，超过此时限，品质将有所影响，建议每批次配制量以4小时内用完为准   

b.本系列油墨最好选用干燥方式：印刷完成静放10分钟后，再行以70度的温度30分钟以上。

c.使用前请将油墨充分搅拌均匀,以避免油墨中添加的特效助剂产生分离现象。

b.网目选择250-300，刮胶70-85度。
